AML Policy
Sushi Stakes is a place to play, not a way to move money. This policy explains the simple rules that keep it that way.
01
Scope
The platform is crypto-only: there is no fiat money, no cards and no bank transfers. Deposits are converted to a USD balance to play with and withdrawals are paid back on-chain. We are not an exchange, a custodian or a mixer, and we do not offer money transfer services.
02
Basic rules
- One account per person. Balances belong to the account holder only; deposits made on behalf of someone else are not accepted.
- Deposits are for playing. Funds deposited and withdrawn without meaningful play, or moved between accounts through bets, may be delayed, reviewed or refused.
- Withdrawals are paid only to addresses provided by the account holder, once the email is verified.
- Collusion between accounts and any use of the games to transfer value from one account to another is prohibited.
03
What we monitor
- Session data (IP, approximate location, device) to detect accounts operated by the same person.
- Deposit and withdrawal patterns: rapid in-and-out movements, unusual sizes or frequencies, repeated use of new addresses.
- Betting patterns that suggest value transfer rather than play.
We do not request identity documents or proof of the source of funds. Our controls are technical and account-based.
04
What happens if something looks wrong
- Staff may pause withdrawals or lock the account while the activity is reviewed.
- Accounts used to move funds or that breach the Terms may be closed and their balances withheld.
- We keep records of transactions and bets and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
Questions about a delayed withdrawal or a review: open a support ticket with the transaction reference.
