Privacy Policy

• Account data: email address, username and a hashed password (we never store the password itself), plus the codes used to verify your email or reset your password.
• Session data: IP address, approximate location and browser/device information for every login and action.
• Activity: bets and their provably-fair data, transactions, vault movements, chat messages and support tickets.
• Crypto addresses: the deposit addresses assigned to you and the withdrawal addresses you provide. Blockchain data is public by nature.

We do not collect identity documents, bank or card details, or any fiat payment data.

• To run your account and pay you: credit deposits, process withdrawals, rakeback, race prizes and rains.
• To keep your account secure: email verification, password resets and notices about deposits and withdrawals.
• To prevent fraud and multi-accounting, and to resolve disputes with the provably-fair record of each bet.
• To show what the community expects to see: your username on big-win announcements in the chat and a masked name on the race leaderboard.

We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the providers we need to operate (email delivery, hosting) and with authorities when the law requires it. Blockchain transactions are public and visible to anyone.

• Account data: while your account exists.
• Bets, transactions and support tickets: kept as records for disputes and legal obligations, even after the account is closed.
• Chat messages: kept for moderation; staff may delete them at any time.

When you delete your account through support, your personal data is removed except for the records we are required to keep.

We use your browser's local storage for your session token and a few preferences (sidebar, chat, sound, demo counter). We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

• Change your password or verify your email from your profile.
• Rotate your provably-fair seeds any time on the Fairness page.
• Request a copy or the deletion of your data through a support ticket.
